It’s YOUR CHOICE but being NICE is also cut off when lots of us on the forum have understanding why upgrading is important and you neglect everything they have said. Not something that no longer is supported, both by Plex and by Microsoft. It was more of the fact that it’s often EASIER to diagnose an issue when a CURRENTLY used OS and Plex Server and Client are provided by the user. You asking for help and us providing the help wasnt the problem. Nearly ALL major apps have gone through this. Why? Because there’s numerous security patches and other dependencies that just won’t work on Windows 7 unless you have an operating system that is compliant and meets their apps requirements. Even AFTER clearly having individuals speak up and point out that not only does your reliance and operation on Windows 7 account for half the issue, Plex ALSO has made decisions NOT TO SUPPORT Windows 7 OS with their Plex Server builds. There’s a reason and unfortunately it was beyond tone deaf with you.
